On July 9th, we had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Andrew Swann from Australia to our state-of-the-art plastic injection molding facility in Ningbo, China. Despite a packed schedule, Mr. Swann joined our Sales Manager, Shen Yuyue, for an in-depth tour of our operations,
showcasing why we're a qualified provider of custom plastic molds and high-precision injection molding services.
During the morning, we explored our advanced CNC machining area, rough processing and mold assembly zones, secure mold storage facilities, and dedicated large-volume, medium, and small-volume injection molding sections. Mr. Swann witnessed live demonstrations of our CNC processing, injection molding in action, mold installations, and machine debugging—highlighting our commitment to efficiency and quality in plastic product manufacturing.
In our sample showroom, he was impressed by our diverse portfolio of plastic components, including parts for automotive applications, power tools, medical devices, and communications equipment. The customer was pleased to discover that our factory possesses two-shot molding capabilities when inspecting the power tool housing.
Wrapping up the visit, our General Manager joined for productive discussions in the office about Mr. Swann's upcoming projects and potential long-term collaborations.
